I bought an ARP Odyssey in 1979 and soon met my musical soulmate, Michael Barron. He asked me to join the band he was putting together, Tiny Desk Unit.

After Tiny Desk Unit imploded in 1981, I began composing music for Baltimore’s multimedia theater company, Impossible Theater. 

These days, Michael Barron and I are making music as Danger Painters; we’ve made 20 albums and 3 EPs since 2008. We’re joined by more longtime D.C. friends KD Lay and William Harvey.

I also make music on my own. My Latest album is called I’m Molting
